Is there a list of all the mementos, echo messages, echo photos, and telephone # locations in the game? I've searched the web and the only lists I can find are always divided into sections categorized by what type of collectible I'm looking for. I don't really want to go through the hassle of constantly looking through 3-4 lists for the collectibles, is there just 1 BIG list that lists all the collectibles in the order you find them?
