Silent Hill Heaven

It's been forever since I've played the game so I dug it out and loaded it to start a new game. Everything's going great until I get the phone and I get my first call, voicemail, etc... I can't hear a thing! I can hear Harry and the background location noises, but nothing with the phone.
I've turned the speech volume on the phone up but that hasn't helped.
Has anyone else had this problem? I'm playing the Wii version, and I've completed a playthrough before but can't recall having trouble with this.

How's the volume on your Wiimote? By default the sound comes out of its speaker, though you can change the settings to have it come from your TV like normal.

Oh, that's right... I completely forgot that about that. I turned the sound off in my Wiimotes when I moved into an apartment complex, well I'll turn the sound back on since I'm not there anymore
Where are the settings to make the sound come from the tv, out of curiosity?

I think it's just in the settings on Harry's phone.
