If nothing else, the screenshots of this game make it look gorgeous. Holy crap.

I love the Silent Hill Series. The games: Homecoming, Origins, and Shattered Memories, did nothing wrong whatsoever, they were developed well, and did things different. Just because they were not by Team Silent doesn't mean that they're bad games. I believe in this series. I believe that one day, we can have a game that will make all Silent Hill fans Happy. I believe that Silent Hill Downpour can achieve this.
Team Silent may be gone, but their series isn't. Instead... it's here, it's alive.

If you agree, add it to your sig.

Why this sneak peek? I don't think it adds something to what we actually know. Someone can write what the mustache man says on the bus?

P.s. wait a moment... is that female cop blind? :?:

Not word for word
"Had a good nap, puero? (young man), is it true what they say about you?"

I'd rather they revealed stuff like this, rather than spoiling us :)

Nap means sleep, right? What the hell does it means?

^It's when you're "relaxing", not actually sleeping.

^Nah, having a nap is when you go to sleep but only for a really short amount of time.
Too cold to start a fire
I'm burning diesel, burning dinosaur bones
I'll take the river down to still water
And ride a pack of dogs

This might have been pointed out before but...the mailman said the roads are all closed off or you can't get out but....he has mail to deliver? Kind of weird.

Woah woah wait... Has it been confirmed that we can turn off button prompts? That was by far my biggest problem with what's been shown so far.

So, is this game coming October 25th or not? I saw the date at the end of a video for Gamescom. I'm willing to spend the full $60 on this game on its release day. Does anyone know anything about the release date?

It seems that October 25th is the most mentioned date. I think that it still hasn't been officially confirmed, but several sources have said that date.

Ok, thanks a lot. :)
I'm going to avoid reviews of the game until I beat it myself. I don't want a bad review to taint my view ln the game beforehand.
I wonder if it'll have DLC? My gut says "Duh. Of course Downpour will have add-ons." But my heart is purely anti-DLC.

Aw, I was hoping to play the game in middle October. Guess Amazon isn't a reliable source for release dates.

Very interesting video, thanks. At around 1:25 Gomez says Murphy is "a caring family man", does that imply he was married with kids at some point ?
