Homeless mans coat glitch.

Im attempting to find the coat from the thrift store for the homeless man, yet its not in the store. I have the guide and looked it up online, but my game just doesnt have the coat where it should be. Its on normal level. This glitch happen to anyone else??

Sorry diabolic I have not had this problem
In options you can turn items on to shine if your having trouble spoting them.
Also the coat changes location depending on what difficulty your on so a guide might not be the best way to find it. It is in the thrift store, so if you can't find it in there... then yeh its probably a glich.
You could also look in your items to see if you picked it up already?

Hey I'm having the same problem, the coat isn't where it should be in the store and I'm also playing normal difficulty on both settings and have looked up the location several times. I think it's a side quest that needs doing right away, I'm 70% through the game and think it might be a contributing factor.

Definitely a glitch, restarted my game and replayed to that point and it was there the second time around. Now im having a glitch from the homeless man not opening the underground door when I hand him the coat :\
