when you die valtiel dragging heather in various places like nur_ein_tier said you may also see a nerse pushing you in a wheel chair if you die at the hospital.

Yes, but I also believe that Lobsel Vith looks like Incubus. There's a thread (or eight) in which I go into more detail about it. So, basically, the three figures seen in the murals are god, the yellow god, and the red god.
