Joseph Schreiber is the guy that was imprisoned in the room 302 in Silent Hill 4: The Room before Henry Townshend.

I'm playing Silent Hill 3 again, I'm now on the Brookhaven Hospital and I entered on the S1 room (third floor) and on top of the bed was a magazine with an article about an orphanage outside Silent Hill that was ruled by The Order and the person responsible for that article was Joseph Schreiber!

I never noticed that before.

P.S. Why the names of the same orphanage are different?

Another fun factoid: Schreiber means Writer in German.

It's not really easy to spot unless you're looking for it. I read it after beating the game three times and was suprised also. The name difference in the games is so that the hope house was renamed to keep their high status and to make them look better.

I noticed it the first time I played it, then realised, as I played SH4, that the same guy was in it. Lol.
