It scared me to death when I first heard the scream b/c I had no idea what was going on. I laugh about that stuff now because it's like, how did I fall for that. But I thought the decapitated Mannequin in general was a reference to Silent Hill 2. But this is only a thought, not what it actually signifies. It could signify something else or it could mean nothing... but scare the living crap out of you.

Yeah, that mannequin really freaked me out. It's just silence, then a frickin' scream (enter jump), and then a decapitated mannequin... I was outta there in no time. :mrgreen:

I had seen bits of a walkthrough online that included that scene. I still jumped, even though I knew it was coming :lol:
