What does Heather see after God is defeated?

Heather finds out why it's true that you shouldn't talk to strangers. Or look in mirrors, quite honestly.

What does Heather see after God is defeted?

You know... after she cries...then gets up and walks away. She then stops.... turns around to see something... and her expression changes... but then the scene fades to black and the music cuts out.

After seeing this documentary - The Making of Silent Hill 3 (highly recommended)

http://www.shm.dustfungo.com/sh3/movie/MakingofSH3.wmv

.... it showed that same scene at the end, but when she turns around you hear a baby crying which is NOT in the game. I assume this was a last minute change in the game. This ending would make you think the same thing was going to happen all over again. (Alessa or something being reborn)

Anything official said on this???

Lots of cool hard to find videos. They even did an online version of the Lost Memories DVD. Pretty cool.

That was amazing! Plenty of info straight from the makers that
confirmes some of SHs secrets. I found who they based the Chacters off of particularly interesting. Heather after Sophie Marceau, Douglas after
the priest in The Fifth Element, and how Claudia was given no eye brows
in order to conceal emotion. Brilliant! Thanx Thagerty!

Spoilers ahead.

If one gets the Possessed Ending, then I believe Heather sees Memory of Alessa, who then wastes no time in taking over the girl and reclaiming her body. (Which explains why she killed Douglas.) The Normal Ending, however, I'm not sure. Perhaps she sees the last remains of a weaked Memory of Alessa?

I think Heather looks back because she doesn't have Valtiel looking over her shoulder anymore.

I've always felt sure about her turning around, thinking about Douglas, which siuts both normal and possesed ending just perfectly. About that video, though... Totally changes that thought. But still, I guess Douglas is what matters in the final cut.

I really love that idea with the baby, though!

Interesting thought, but when you defeat MoA you see a writing that tells you that she tried to kill Heather 1) to give her a 'kinder' death 2) not to birth God. I dunno why she'd want to reclaim her body and kill Douglas, after all that.

how about she looked back because valtiel was crying from all the hard work he had to go threw to birth god and loose all of it by one mortal girl. lol

I can't get onto the site and I just watched something on youtube.com and it scared the shit out of me!! I'm gonna have nightmares!! It was this marionette thing dancing to Silent Hill music and then they showed this ugly girl with a clown doll on her head and it scared the shit out of me!! But for some reason it was called Bunny Hill so I expected something cute, man was I wrong!!
