Take a look at it in 7:00
He clearly says 'him', so it's not a woman, obviously. A police research, its objective, in this cases, would be looking a victim or a criminal, there's no victims in the whole games, before silent hill 3, I don't now the others, and the other games after this are not the matter

I'm always inclined to believe the Japanese scripts. They're written as intended.

No he doesn't. This is even addressed in the thread.

In the Japanese script, he says, "never did find 'em." In the English translation, he says, "never did find him."

so 'em is them. correct?

usually that's means 'them'
