That's not completely true. Claudia wasn't jealous. If she was it would mean she was selfish, too. And Claudia's figure is characterized by altruism. Her whole mutated belief is based on altruism: the birth of Paradise. Unlike Dahlia, she was doing it for everybody, even though she knew that the Paradise ticket would not be granted to her.
She was not jealous of Alessa, she adored her, as Aura said she saw her as the most wonderful thing in the world.
