Interview with Heather Morris

Heather finds out why it's true that you shouldn't talk to strangers. Or look in mirrors, quite honestly.

Interview with Heather Morris

Post by alone in the town »

http://thegamingliberty.com/index.php/2 ... er-morris/

Interesting tidbit:
I remember that after my audition, they were talking among themselves about my name “Heather”. They asked me if that was a common American name and talked about changing the character to be called “Heather.” I think the original name was “Helen” but I cannot remember for sure. I believe I got the call that night that I landed the role and they asked me if I would mind if they named the character after me. I didn’t realize that they were going to use my last name as well.
So, now we finally know that the North American box art isn't an aberration and the character's pseudonym was, officially, Heather Morris.

Goddammit. Now Fungo is going to have to go back and correct yet another fuck up in one of his videos.

But at least that mystery is resolved.

This was really interesting. This was the last thing I expected to see when I checked Silent Haven for the day, so I got pretty excited. I love Mrs. Morris' work in SH3 and it's really awesome that she took the time to answer a few questions about her experiences.

Ah, Fungo and the rest of TwinPerfect putting their tails between their legs...<3

I'm glad this has all been straightened up, more importantly.

The first series of scenes we shot were those with my father. The actor who played him, was really fantastic to work with.
I'm assuming she's talking about Douglas? 'Cause Harry Mason was dead silent.

I'm glad she wasn't scared away by the fans that were hunting after her for the hd collection. Its also nice that she finally know the impact shes had with the fanbase.

Oh man, she's one super-talented woman. Her resume would be something incredible to hand to a new employer, hahaha.

Sounds like an incredibly down-to-earth lady, and I'm surprised she's got as much of this fresh in her memory. Loved the bit with the bungee chord recording session.

Well, like I've said before - hopefully, DLC is an option. That would be awesome.

It's a video with the alleged purpose of correcting several misnomers about the series. Some stuff they get right. Some stuff just wind up putting their foot in their mouth.

I did find this comment of theirs funny.
Careful with that word, "canon". It's gotten others into some trouble... :D
Funny they would say this crap while they seem to make a big fuss over pushing what they think is canon as being indisputable fact while ignoring anything that dares to contradict them.

This issue seems pretty trivial compared to other things they've said.

It's not even a blip on the radar compared to the "Multiple Dimension Theory" fiasco and if they rejected Jeremy Blaustein then they'll reject Heather Morris.

Thanks for the post, that was really interesting to read. =)

It is a real shame that they didn't get in touch with her for the HD collection, though I do feel that the new voice for Heather is just fine.

I'm confused though...wouldn't it be like...Heather Mason?

Or, what, did Harry really fear the cult so much that he changed his last name?

Also somehow I doubt Twin Perfect is gonna stand down on this, just saying.
