SH + SHR French Collector's Box

Looks great!
According to Amazon, the box includes both Silent Hill and Silent Hill Revelation on DVD and Bluray, Pyramid Head statue, booklet/artbook with 36 pages of storyboards, postcards and all other extras from individual editions of SH and SH:R.
Unfortunately, they didn't specify what they mean by "other bonuses" - I don't know what about Revelation, but original Collector's Edition of Silent Hill has shitload of extras (including audio commentary, raw movie without CGI, new making of etc).

Ok, I've found the list of extras for french edition of Revelation Bluray:
- Making of (60 minutes)
- audio commentary
- deleted scenes

Too expensive, but I've gotta admit I wouldn't mind having that PH statue. Yeah he's overrated, particularly the movie version, but I'd still let him grace my living room table.

Does anyone know if the Blu Rays are region locked? I am really tempted to get that set but I don't want it if I can't watch the features.

For the same reason the French release of the first film was so much better: because the main producer is French.

I wonder how popular it was in the UK, honestly. I might have to look into the French version of the film, or hope that someone that gets it will put it up on YouTube.

Apparently we don't get the Release until March 18th in the UK anyway for some bizarre reason. If the American release didn't come with a commentary I highly doubt the UK version will. It was the same with the DVD release of the first movie, no commentary on that either. Seems to be a French Exclusive for some reason.

German Bluray will also get some extras - making of and deleted scenes. I'm not sure what about audio commentary:

Looks like i'll wait to get my hands on the French version then! Will be interesting to see what those deleted scenes are and why they were cut (via the audio commentary). Amazing that nearly none of this is included in other releases.

At first Danna was like "it might be bundled with SHR" but now he's like "I have no idea anymore". I found it at Walmart, and it doesn't have any soundtrack.

Oh very well found! How strange that the American version barely had anything then... Maybe it was because it was released early or something...
Either way, looking forward to seeing those Behind the scenes and deleted scenes and commentary. Pretty much the only reason i'm getting it.

Good news! I'm still yet to see it, though after the reactions here I'm less excited about it than I was.
