Is a 15 good or bad?

The 15 is part of the PEGI rating system used in Europe, similar to the ESRB ratings in North American and Canada.

As Clamz already said, it's part of our rating system. 15 means only suitable for those over 15. For contrast, Silent Hill's 2, 3, Origins & Shattered Memories got 15 ratings. Silent Hill 4 & Homecoming both got the highest rating, 18.

Obviously, this didn't happen. As far as I'm aware (from Konami PR UK), BoM still haven't even have a street date in the UK.

Looks like the game has been delayed. :( Don't know how this effects the UK release, but man, what is the deal with all the Silent Hill games getting delayed recently?

It's not really the delaying that pisses me off, it's that they delayed it on the EU release date (seriously, on the 21st of March, on the official website it still had the 27 March US release date, on the 22nd, it just said Spring 2012... what? They figured out ON THE DAY that it wouldn't be ready? Ugh...).

I don't mind delays, but I'd like to know about them at least one or two weeks before the release. Konami has been making a mess with all these SH release dates, and what made me even more stunned was that they changed the date on the website to 'Spring 2012' and didn't even release an OFFICIAL statement. I saw a lot of angry european fans online, who had come away from the store empty-handed (myself included). I feel this is kind of a disrespect for their fanbase and consumers. Sheesh.
