Official website is up!

It's still for "P.T." at the moment, it's likely to change when they think enough people have completed it.

It's got some decent screenshots of the new Silent Hill street we saw in there.

I wonder what part of town this could be? I'd hazard a guess at Central Silent Hill.

I thought it kind of looked like the areas that Silent Hill: Downpour took place.

Thank God everything looks modern in this game. I was getting tired of the classic/vintage look that western developers kept reusing over and over simply because that's what the fist movie did.

The early games did that at times too. For example, the typewriters in the original SH.

Thank you for the link. I cannot wait to hear more details about the game and more importantly the story.

This looks insane. If it doesn't come to PC I may have to buy a PS4.

Not a fan of what the city looks like so far. It looks like the street that leads to the art shop (from Downpour, you know, close to where we exit the apt. after speaking with howard). I hope it's not Hillside.

I actually wouldn't mind seeing more of the neighborhoods on the side where Downpour took place. I thought it had a neat look to it.

Downpour was very beautiful. I just didn't like the wash of blue over everything. So in the trailer, which does have a very Downpour town look to it, I was very happy to see grey fog and black sky. (Though I'd hope the fog be far, far more thicker in the final product.)

I'd hazard a guess it's not even the same town as we know it.

Konami finally woke up and is giving this franchise the triple A treatment it deserves....i've always thought that the recent silent hill games was better than what RE have been dropping lately, but this will absolutely project SH back into the spotlight...the little demo was better than thee entire game of RE6!...

He says the graphics were "dumbed down" for the demo. o_O

My thought, too, though it might just be all the fire escapes and scaffolding.
I'm currently out in search of myself. If I happen come come back before I return, please ask me to wait for myself.

i am open for a total redo of Silent hill, the town itself. This game is a new era in more ways than one: Next gen, quality team, most likely AAA level budget.

I don't want them to limit themselves. But, if Happy Burger aint back I'm OUT! JK......

and the geographical layout of the town and surrounding communities got more confused with every passing title. SH2, SH3, Homecoming........its all confusing

Bear in mind it's been 30 years since the first game where you could walk around the northern end of Silent Hill in a big way. I'm sure a lot would have changed anyway.

I'm definitely liking the new look. The comparison between SH4 and new video is unbelievable. I can't wait to see what systems will look like when 4K and 8K start hitting the markets over the next decade.
