It might mean nothing, but Hideo Kojima was seen with PS4 Designer Mark Cerny. I really hope something comes into fruition. It's not impossible, though, as Mark Cerny was also seen with Yu Suzuki before Shenmue 3 was announced as a Kickstarter project.

He was also at GameTrailers recently as seen on a recent episode of Kyle Bossman, and Kojima usually collaborates with them on news and reveals.

Mark Cerny and he have known each other for awhile now, so who knows?
