Even though Konami has officially stated that they didn't do this, it actually does sound like something they could have done.

Hmmm... I recently checked through my library on my PS4.

P.T. was missing from it and only showed up as a download.

I never deleted it, and nobody else would've either.

So it seems it was automatically deleted after a system update or something.
