SH0 Bloody Cap note

As a completionist, I was shocked to learn that I have been apparently missing a note in the Butcher shop; several times in fact. It's supposed to be a bloody cap with the words "Help me!" written on it. It's supposed to be in the Butcher's shop, but for the life of me I can't find it. Is it really there? Or was it left out of the PS2 version or something?

Hmm i never it found it either - didn't even know it existed! I've got the ps2 version too so maybe it was left out?

l member seeing it. l don't think it was in the butcher shop though. might be near it. (ps2 version)

Yeah you have to go back through the shop and its laying by the front doors. But I don't think it has much of a purpose other than to scare you, I mean it gave me the chills the first time.
