SH:H- The Third Medal

Alright, I'm in the Otherworld version of the Shepard house, and I've found the army jacket where you need to pin 3 medals. I've found the Heart of Darkness and I think it's called the Fallen Star or something like that. Anyway, where's the last one?

one is the box by the jacket, another in the attic, and the third is somewhere where you have to push a cabinet out of the way
