i am at Alessa for the final boss battle, my problem...i have very little ammo for my pistol and 2 shells only for my shotgun....bigger problem, i have 40 rifle rounds but i never came across the rifle itself so i have just been picking up ammo for a gun i dont have

EDIT: I remember now. Waste all your ammo and the game will let you win. I've never tried it, so I can't 100% guarantee it, but that's the word on the street. Rendell St., that is.
im trying this, but im worried cuz the fact i have the rifle ammo but no rifle, im thinking thats telling the game i still have ammo so it wont end the battle, is there a way to drop items from ur inventory?
Are you fighting the Woman in White, or the flying donkey head demon? If it's the former, start a new game. You can beat the latter with the hammer if you're patient.
Waste all your bullets before go down the stairs and run in circles around Incubus/Incubator... You can't have a single bullet of the pistol/shotgun/rile... AFter a while you'll kill the creature (You'll make it bored to death)
If you are on easy/normal level, I say be a real trouper and just go for it!
So many people are easy to say "Just forget about it, take the easy way out, waste ammo" but I say no! What's the point of playing and not being able to see the final boss fight? I'm sure you can use melee weapons as well.
when i run out of ammo, i cannot even approach her because when i get too close i get pushed back by like her shield or somethin
i think i screwed myself over by picking up the rifle ammo without having the rifle
yea i got screwed, oh well, on to SH 2, workin my way thru the entire series to get up to date with the ones i have not played, i just youtubed the ending i would have gotten for this one if i didnt screw myself
