Can't Get It To Work (SHH)

I finally got my copy of SHH today and I installed it. But now, it doesn't starts. The whole installation went well, but when I click on the icon, it says, "preparing SHH to launch" and then it does nothing.
I couldn't find a SHH folder on my computer. Should I install it again?

Hmm I don't have Homecoming on the pc myself but my suggestion would be to try a reinstall. If that doesn't work is there a technical support number you can reach?

I've reinstalled it two times already and tried it on different pc's. It's still not working. There is a technical support number, but it's only for the usa and i'm from holland.. -.-"
