Where you save Dr. K, I can never find the bloody place. Where is it?

It's in the Silent Hill Resort Area. On the map just look for "Annie's Bar" on the corner of Craig St. and Bachman Rd.

After you get out of the sewers (1st time) and get the map from the board, look for the location Whitney mentioned in it. It's not hard to find.
