[SOLVED] Downpour balancing!

Post by mjm800 »

Anyone else having trouble balancing? I'm
PRIME_BBCODE_SPOILER_SHOW PRIME_BBCODE_SPOILER:
on the clock and I just cannot get to the other side.
No matter how slow or fast I go I fall. I’ve tired light pressure, heavy pressure, medium pressure and still I fall. Seems like to me it's a 50-50% think you either make it or you don't.

I'm hping there's a trick I am missing.

You need to not just move forward, but also move your 'stick' left to right in order to keep balance. Also, be sure to keep in mind the direction you need to go in order to cross the curves in the minute hand on the clock. That may help. Other than that, it's just trial and error.

Thanks, but nothing works for me. I almost made it a few times but fell at the very end. No lie, I'm nearing 100 trys and well over an hour of trying. This might be a game killer for me.

Don't try to be delicate with it, when Murphy is leaning left hit far right and vice versa.

Yes, after two days, over two hours of trying, I finally did it. My god, I just couldn't get it...I was trying too much to finesse it when being more forceful worked much better.

Thanks for the tip, while I got it before reading this, it's good advice for anyone else who might get stuck on the clock.

That's awesome. I'll lock this thread since you got it all squared away. :)
