Silent Hill Heaven

I've been in this house for 2 hours (yeah, I feel dumb ) but I can't seem to find the code to the safe. I tried a lot of the numbers on the milk carton to no avail. Is this even a sidequest? Did killing the doll ruin it or something?

Isn't the "safe" in that house one of the green lockers? For those you need a code that you got if you preordered the game, and you'll get extra weapons from inside. You can probably look up the codes online if you want. Try googling "Silent Hill Downpour green locker codes."

If I'm wrong and it was a safe in that house (not a green locker), then nevermind. I can't remember the answer to tell you.

But the doll was an enemy to be killed, so don't worry about that.
I think what we see & hear in that house points towards the missing girl on the milk carton being kidnapped and kept in the basement.

^ I'm pretty sure it is a green locker. If you look up a code, make sure you choose which weapons you want carefully, because you can only use one preorder code! Even if you start the game again it will remember that you opened it.

I think that basement ranks up pretty much at the top of my scariest SH moments :C

Are the weapons different for each "safe" or can you just open one and choose from a number of choices? Thanks for the replies everyone!

Weapons depend on which code you use:

Unlock Nail Gun and Double Axe 171678
Unlock Pistol 45 and Baseball Bat 353479
Unlock Rifle and Golf Club 911977

I'm not sure which ones are "best" though.

yeah good luck with finding those codes..i have no idea where any of them are..had to look up cheats on all of them as i explored the town for numerous hours and couldnt find any of them..its really not worth it anyway as the reward you get isnt anything special.
