If you're refering to what I think you are referring to (it's called a signature, I think): Go to a website like photobucket, upload an image, then there should be an image URL. Copy and paste that. Where to paste it? Check the profile option [on this site, of course].

Note: Signatures must be no more than 580 (wide) and 100 (tall) pixels.

That's the easiest way that I know. But I once did it the longer way (before having photobucket)-- I went to a thread, hit post comment, pasted the URL, boxed that URL with Img [Image option], cut that all out, and pasted it in the appropriate box in profile tab. It's longer that way. Also, don't end up accidently submitting the image as a post!

Hope that helps. A

What you're talking about is an avatar, love <3 The photos at the bottom are called signatures.

You basically do the same thing der Morgenstern said, only instead of putting the image code in the "Signature" box, scroll all the way down 'til you see the "Link to off-site avatar" section. Paste the link of your uploaded image (make sure it's ONLY 100 x 100, though!) in that little box and hit Submit.
