It would depend on how people, in general, feel about that person's overall behavior.

Besides, goofy and serious are not really opposed to each other in a good/bad way and would not reflect in such a system.

In my experience, it takes some spectacularly bad behavior to be rated negative overall because it requires a lot of people to rate a person negatively (and, negative rep in that system was worth fewer points than positive).

I'd never plump for something that expressly permitted "dislike" - I hate that approach - so the discussion is moot. Right now, I'm just considering a Facebook-esque "Like".
