Quick question.

I have a small/medium sized collection of Silent Hill games and guides.

Are members allowed to sell items over the forum?

I'm a new member and have scanned the forum rules but cant find anything.

If so, where would be the appropriate place to do it?
and do I have to a certain post count or anything to do so?
