They were odd, but the ones that deserves the prize for being scary as Hell was the first ones. At least for me.

I always thought Jasper's ghost was the scariest. That gurgling noise he makes as he floats around on fire. Freaks me out every time.

You are right, they say only "Receiver". I made a mistake.

For me, the first ones, with clothing are scarier for some reasons, maybe because of their faces of sleeping infants... so creepy.

Hm, true for the sleeping thing, but aren't Siamise Twins (Which is what their faces seem to be portraying) normally seen as having their eyes closed?
Andrew had a freaky design with his eyes and mouth bleeding, and grayed skin but I kinda thought his being shirtless made it a little...Funny... The way he floats is sort of a bob and he rolls and sings. He sure is having a good time XD...
But Jasper is in fact burning and gurgling, so I'd vote him as the scariest.
Cynthia's was really interesting with the Japanese female ghost style, cut up skin, and crying she just is over all creative.
Richard's was...ARGH... Stop transporting...

Victoms 07/08, I always try to avoid them when I play through becuase they are just too damn creepy. The way they point at you from afar and whisper...

Me neither, I just hear "Swshshhsh" but then again I never stand around long enough to hear it.

It's hard to get them to do it, I've only heard it twice. Funny thing was it was the first time I'd discovered that and dropped into the Water Prison shower room. They'll just stop sometimes and lift their arm and say it, completely random occurrence.

man the ghosts give me nightmares i agree with cynthia being the scariest and annoying but i think richard's ghost was really cool

I found that if you walk slowly through the water prison and see one around the bend stop and look away from them, that's how i usually get them to whisper it

All of them totally scared me, especially when they groan... But Jasper's the one who scared me the most. Oh, I remember the very first time I encountered him The Cynthia ghost was also scary for me, but she annoyed the hell out of me
