If there is anything you can't take too much anger out on about SH4, it's the story. This is one unique story with many subtle and interesting side stories... all various enough to keep us interested. I mean... when the premise of a story is a Man who believes a Room to be his Own MOTHER... you've started somewhere that no one else has, and probably never will. haha

Very true. It's also ironic that the player character, Henry, has absolutely no story whatsoever, all we know about him is he's a photographer that once visited Silent Hill and really he was just in the wrong place at the wrong time, quite literally.

Really, we all know the real star of SH4 is Walter Sullivan, the story is about him and his attempt to ressurect his 'mother' after all and all the other side-stories tie into his own...

Absotively, I love games where you know nothing about the main character... It makes you feel like an outsider, there's no bias against things that are going on and things like that. And I totally agree that Walter is the star of the show :)

We also know that Henry shops at the finest designer stores. So, I think we can make some inferences based on that. And ALSO, he's a peeping tom. So, we got that.
