Another Movie Prop Price Drop

Post by Moosefrenzy »

For those of you who are interested, the items for sale have dropped once again in price. From what I can remember of the old prices: Dark Alessa's costume dropped from $5,799 to now $4,299 and the Map dropped from $899 to now $599. Cybil's helmet is now only $499 guys.....

I bought a clock from the film. Only thing I could really afford.

Pfft, are they gonna sell anything interesting? Like the great knife? Or the Lying Figure costume? Or Lisas costume? Or a nurses costume? Or that awesome Janitor prop that was in the toilet? There's so much cool stuff in the film, why they the selling boring stuff? Who the fuck wants to buy a silver mug?! I didn't see a silver mug in the film

I like the look of Alessa's dress. I wish they'd sell Lisa's nurse outfit though, I'd totally go for that.

I must agree that not many of those items seem very appealing other than Dark Alessa's dress.
Even if I had the money to buy something like that,I would want something worthwhile...like maybe PH's helmet,a Gray Child costume,a replica of one of those bugs.
I reject your reality and substitute my own :]

To the Movie Section, misplaced topic! Fly! Fly!

Heh.... to the moon!!! Well it is about the movie but I did see it and I wasn't speculating so I thought it fit in the 'doesn't fit any of the above'. Ah well. Dark Alessa's costume is my favorite as well. But a gray child's costume would be a nice display piece as well.

I gotta say I'm definitely with you on this one. I was so excited to see that they were selling things from the film but very sad when I saw what they were selling. And don't they spell Brahams different on the badge than how it is spelled on the sign in the movie? Did anyone else notice this?

Of course they won't sell the "important" things. Those were grabbed up probably immediately after filming. That or they might keep them for a sequel or something.

If anyone liked the look of the Da Silva's sleek cordless phone, it's a Vtech i5871. You can get one in Best Buy for about $200 (EDIT: $149). You get a good look at it in the movie

Sure it's won't be from the actual set, but with mass production who cares ?

I helped produce this phone, so I'm a little biased. 8)
I have one at home. It's pretty cool, because you can RECORD your own ringtones from your PC or stereo - I have the FF7 chocobo theme.

Hahaha, someone please do purchase the trashcan.
...that all my life I've been rushing up and down hills, leaping rivers, crashing over obstacles,
never dreaming that one day that beautiful thing in flight would land on this earth and into my arms

Yeah that trashcan looks incredibly awesome...

I'd also really like the map, but why is it $600!? I didn't even see it in the movie anywhere and I have watched the movie many times.

I couldn't have put it any better. Even if I had the spare cash for any of it , I would buy it then think...why the hell did I want this? And why did I spent more than $1,000 for it?

Except the trash can. I think I would sell my soul for that trash can. 8)
