I think its because they were criminals. James killed his wife, Angela her father (i think), and Eddie was already a criminal. Thats why Laura doesnt have a grave.

I havent played SH4 in a loooooooooooong time. I dont remember Miriam K was mentioned other than she being a victim of Walter nor the reason why she was killed. Ill have to replay the game over and see what ill find.

Miriam K. isn't one of Walter's victims. Miriam Locane is.

Now im getting confused >< So it was "Locane" not "Lokane". The k part was an error from Walter, right????

No. Walter had nothing to do with the Miriam K. referenced here. Why do people find it so hard to believe that two completely unrelated people might be named Miriam?

Alright, you do that LOL. You'll find nothing. Because it has nothing to do with SH4 or any of Walter's victims.

I was playing SH2 again and this subject came to mind. Nobody found anything about this individual? After all this time?

After a Google search I found this post on the SH Wikia and this guy has some good shit going on:

Any thoughts?

My guess? It's a very subtle reference to the cult aka The Order.

Like the Jennifer Carroll statue and in my opinion the "436 People at a Recital" painting, which I also think is referring to the cult given the number of 400 people in the Crimson Ceremony book (not the exact number obviously but too close to be a coincidence)

Someone in Silent Hill was a traitor and it put them in a grave, who could they have betrayed that would lead to their death? Sounds like The Order to me!

Of course it could just be sending the message that more people have been drawn to Silent Hill than just Eddie, Angela and James and have nothing to do with The Order.

Because if it a reference to The Order it's THE most subtle one, but there are lots of references to The Order sprinkled throughout the game, reminding you that though 2 is a "side story" the events of the first game still very much happened.

Honestly, my guess is he was just a war criminal or some shit considering the setting.

I guess it could have been a reference to the Civil War era, yeah.

But thinking further about it, I think it's just to imply, like the Walter Sullivan story originally was (before it was spun off into a larger story in 4) that more people are being drawn into Silent Hill's darkness than just James, Eddie and Angela.

The corpses you find scattered about in the streets are another example of that, while James sees them as wearing his own clothes, they probably really are the corpses of unlucky people who wandered into town.

Same deal with notes like "I'll wait at BAR Neely's" and many other tidbits of info that point to other people.
