Going through the Silent Hill 2 texture files (so graciously provided by nur_ein_tier), I came across one named "lauraletter". It is, I presume, the in-game graphic for Mary's letter to Laura. The actual text, however, is the first verse of Bon Jovi's "Blaze of Glory".

Yeah, that is the in game model of the letter.

Sort of amusing, though.

Nice work! Cool...
I wonder if Walter's crimson ceremony textures are actually 'Black Sabbath+Dio' lyrics!! ;)

awsome find!
I never would have noticed just by looking on this graphic.
even if the song was playing on the radio
it just appeares to be completely unreadable to me.

are you a Bon Jovi fan?

Cool, another interesting little discovery. Keep digging, folks. :D

I wonder which Bon Jovi song Mary picked to be played at their wedding?

Hahah I laughed so hard at this I almost spat my drink all over my laptop.
Half the people in this room are mad at me, and the other half only like me because they think I pushed somebody in front a bus, so that's not good.

James killed her because she kept playing annoying Bon Jovi music (he really hates it).

James didn't think Bon Jovi was real Metal, obviously. His initial plan was to smother Mary with a Metallica T-shirt, but it was in the laundry at the time.
