I was under the impression it was Harry, based on the whole dissolving marriage thing plus the fact that they were with Cheryl, but... I'll have to give it a look next time I run through there.

The ice man is always Harry, doesn't have sense to put a figure of Kauffman in a scene that talks about the familar life of the Masons... Always that you find those ice sculptures we receive a message that talks about an event with Harry, Cheryl and Dahlia...

If they were supposed to resemble Dr. K in some way, then the only logical thing that comes to my mind is transference, when a patient transfers their feelings about one person/obsession/etc onto their therapist.
That said, I've never thought they looked like him, just Harry.
I believe it's Harry. While playing the psp version last night I reached the cabin and took a good look at the ice people. The woman sitting down had sexy Dahlia's outfit (shorts, boots and tanktop with revealing middriff) and the man was wearing Harry's jacket and shirt (didn't seem to have glasses though).
It would be creepy if there were ice Dr. Ks with Raw Shocks just staring at them mesmerized or twitching on the ground disabled... Heeeee he he he he he he...
