Possibly for the 'daddy help me' section? But I dunno, I don't think there ever was a full official OST, if I remember rightly there is a fan-made one somewhere.
Where we're from, the birds sing a pretty song, and there's always music in the air.

Well, I know there's a song titled "Scarlet", and I have it, but I'm not sure if it's the same from the boss fight. I've heard it is, though...
I love the Silent Hill Series. The games: Homecoming, Origins, and Shattered Memories, did nothing wrong whatsoever, they were developed well, and did things different. Just because they were not by Team Silent doesn't mean that they're bad games. I believe in this series. I believe that one day, we can have a game that will make all Silent Hill fans Happy. I believe that Silent Hill Downpour can achieve this.
Team Silent may be gone, but their series isn't. Instead... it's here, it's alive.

I think the name of the song is "Blood Donor" but I saw this by checking on Youtube. I don't have the Soundtrack.

I believe "Dead monks" from the OST has part of the vocals used on that track.

if not, you could somehow record certain songs/themes when your playing the game, and then transfer them on a CD..
