Quicklink pages are compiled by moderators after a sufficient amount of time has passed to determine which threads on the game are "essential" theories or topics, so as to avoid the burying of major theories or keep general threads alive so as to avoid creation of repeat threads.
Stickying a topic is, to me, problematic. It pushes unstickied topics down the page and can bury them. Also, stickying every major thread without a Quicklink page could result in an inordinate amount of stickys, making the section cumbersome to browse.
The consistencies and tidbits thread is surviving well on its own and is a new thread. I see nothing about that thread that denotes it as an essential read, vital for everyone in that section to read. Stickying new self created topics by request runs the risk of an inundation of requests for other topics to be stickied. When the Quicklinks page is compiled, we will certainly entertain requests to add threads to it to be linked to, as expansion of Quicklinks does not impact the main thread listing.
For now, though, I would not Sticky your topic.
