I found most of those. The site sucks at searches. I know there are still more industrial sounds that are not in Tr1 and 2. Those libraries are pretty gutted.
Literally tell me a track with an industrial loop and Ill tell you what library it is in.

I know this sample is already found, but I was hearing the loops that are in Reason's Factory Bank and I found that the Heaven's Night beat was there all the time, although it says that comes from Bomb Squad library instead of the Vinylistic one you found.

That’s a re-release. Just look at the date. 2010.
Make note of release dates and always go for CCDA/audio versions when you are sample finding. In other version like acid/wav/akai that a library has they do not include all samples from the original CDDA/audio libraries.

I imagine that's one of those beats that's been sampled tons of times by different producers. Kinda like the Null Moon beat. It's originally from the Michael Jackson cover of Ain't No Sunshine. I've heard variations of that beat in numerous sample libraries.

peronmls wrote: Actually I found ALOT of sample today from SH1 that have Ambient,TR and POKE in it. I had extracted all the samples that were used in the game so i can identify them better which i can hear each sample clearly. I could share the extraction but its kinda illegal. PM if curious. I do this with SH1-3.
wait, with what program did you do that? i've only gotten image files with most of the ps1 extractors i found

For SH1, you can extract its custom file system first using SHExtract (a special tool for Silent Hill that has spawned through community effort), then pass the SND folder to PSound.

As an addition to Nisto's post, I happened across another SH2 sample in PowerSurge:

Silent Hill 2
Track: The 1st/2nd/3rd/etc Hole
Library: Sound Ideas: PowerSurge
Sample: CD1, Track 40, Both Samples, "DOOR, METAL GIANT STEEL DOOR"

I might have to look over this library a bit more, there may very well be some other stuff hiding in it.

I found that track 22 of Pandora's Toolbox (The one I have at least) is mixed low in "Battle Drums" (Around :25 seconds in) but since none of the samples in my version are labelled i can't tell you the name, does anyone have the name for the samples in this library?

Silent Hill: Origins
Track: Battle Drums
Library: Pandora's Toolbox
Sample: Track 22 (this was also used in the Postal soundtrack along with track 21)
If it isn't unhealthy, is it worth it?

Sorry for the late reply, but the version I have has all the tracks labeled. I took a couple of screenshots if you're still needing the names.

Hey guys, I just released a video talking about the samples of Silent Hill, and it wouldn't be possible if this topic didn't existed, so I mentioned it in the video, I hope there is no a problem with it!
