What was your favorite scene in the movie?
For me it was the entire otherworld school sequence. It was all very intense with both the Janitor and Pyramid Head.

That image of the Janitor/Colin groaning and screaming as he claws his way out of the bathroom stall is seared into my memory and is a wonderfully powerful scene. Very surreal, frightening, unnerving, and very Jacobs Ladder (to a point) though more original.

Yeah, grey children for me as well. It was a shame that my favorite part was right in the beginning, but at least they did the original game's scene justice. I enjoyed the straightjacket guy, too, but was very sad not to see more of them later. Would have loved to see a loose pack of those walking around somewhere, particularly if they got gunned down shortly thereafter. =)
I am not the reaper... but the monkey *might* be.

The "History of Alessa" flashback scene. F*cking beautiful in its own sense, really had me feeling horrible the way they treated Alessa. That is one of the few things I did like about the movie.

I agree. It's one of the few scenes which I felt was coherent.DocBlaze27 wrote:The "History of Alessa" flashback scene. F*cking beaufiful in its own sense, really had me feeling horrible the way they treated Alessa. That is one of the few things I did like about the movie.

My favorite scene was the one where Pyramid Head is stabbing at Rose and Cybil in that room with the fan.
The frantic chaos as they run from him, the panic as they struggle to bar the door, the tension as all you hear is the scuttling of beetles and the great knife dragging across the floor....
Then boom, I was absolutely writhing in my seat as the sword came within centimeters of the heroines' bodies, the sound of the knife slashing through the air... The weight of the sound was an excellent touch.

Hurm...
