YAY!!!!!!! I just finished Silent Hill 3 man that feels good for it to be finally over....awwwww no more Silent Hill 3...well maybe the extra parts

You can only get one ending on your first play through - Normal.

Good luck getting the other two, and enjoy your next run through the underpass...

No offense to Heather but Joking about killing Douglas in the ending just after fighting off monsters of pure evil, a crazy priestess and God she then does something like that to poor Douglas who's hurt and wounded I mean the look on his face when he says wait what are you doing and then she goes BOOOO joking awwww bless him

Distasteful humour aside, that scene shows Heather's incredible mental strength, being able to joke even after all she's just done.

To get the Possessed ending you have to kill an absolute shitload of monsters and take a whole shitload of damage. Then, you forgive the woman in confession at the chapel.

I f you permit me to ask, what happens if you don't forgive her, Ii did my first play through...I don't know I just felt saddened by her inner pain.
