Music Composer: Jeff Dana? Should be Akira. Jeff Dana is just a scorer isn't he?

No it's correct, Akira was the original composer for the games, but Jeff was the one that pretty much mixed and inserted the music into the movie. So he gets the credit of being the Music composer for the movie.....I guess. :?

He should get credit for arranging it.

He didn't compose anything, except some stupid strings and beats added to the original pieces.

Yeah, the correct credit would be arranger, not composer.

Haha I wasn't aiming it at you, cuz I realize you just base this information from other source. I was stating in general that the credit was a bit inaccurate. <3

I find something interesting----before I saw silent hill, I was watching a new mini series that they started playing that reminded me a heck of a lot of silent hill. Turns out, little miss sharon was the girl in this one too...

I KNEW I recognised her from something, knew it wasn't the ring but here it is..

No actress name for Lisa yet?

ETA: Nevermind, I see her credited as 'red nurse'.

Here I am a devoted and devout fan of Silent Hill and I create this http://www.silenthillforum.com/viewtopic.php?t=4854 thread to tell everybody about the incorrect/unfair crediting of the film, and most of you guys just accuse me of not doing enough research!

What kind of research are you talking about? I don't know about you but I personally think it is NOT right to discredit someone who is the original creator/designer just because he/she didn't work on the film!

Fine, then, I'm taking this ordeal to Konami myself.

Thanks for nothing.

Well, I can't speak for Konami or the creators of the film, but it could be possible that either the original designers didn't want to be credited or because it's a slightly different medium then Video Games there was different guidelines that would have allowed them to be creadited.
