Silent Hill movie sequel!

So there's been rumours of a movie sequel to SH already?
What do you want in a SH sequel?
What characters? What scenes?

I want it to follow SH2, I personally really like James's story even though it's ending is a bit twisted. It's still a great story.

I think they should adapt the second one. When I say adapt, I mean, same characters, same story, same everything.... just longer diologue and stuff like that...

SH2 just is a much more pretty storyline though. It's got more depth to it.

yes silent hill2 is very beautiful and one of my faves. and 4 was very creative and disturbing.
man i think it would be best to do it in the order of the games.
silent hill 3 seemed like it was missing something and i dont know what ,

Silent Hill 3 misses the story. It is absolutely plain in story depth to me.

Gans' created this film as the first movie as an explanation for what the town is. His favorite of the series is Silent Hill 2. I believe the entire reason he chose this is so he can focus on SH2 type stories and people won't be confused about the power of the town.

Silent Hill 3s story was well done I thought.

If they ever choose to adapt that, I really hope they include the confessional booth scene. I dont know why, but i loved that part.

I'd say do it in the order of the games as well. I think 4 has potential to be greater than the game itself.

no the reason he choise to write about sh1 instead of 2 ecause h said you can't leave like loop holes in films as you can with games. movie goers aint that keen on it in general. and he has stated in an interview that he would most likly adapt sh3 as a sequal.

I would like to see the whole siries made in to films but in a diffrent order. silent hill 3 the game would become the second film. the second would become the 3rd film and finaly the 4th the 4th film, however the 2nd and 4th game have no conncection to the event of the first game or very little so i think putting the games in to a seqeal order would be good.
i appologise for the spelling errors im not good at spelling.

Really? I think silent hill 4 has great movie potential. Seriously...worlds within worlds, ghosts, etc.

I think conceptually its[SH4] a great idea for a film. I dont think I'd like to see as a silent hill film though. Silent Hill 3 will not work since they have changed the first so much. Leaves SH2 for the next movie which doesnt bother me at all. They can bring back pyramid head or they could do something new with that role.
