Re: BoM gets patch, DLC incoming
It's scattered throughout. I think the frequency increases after zone 21. You don't need to start a new character--the DLC actually comes with several Identity Stones, so you can fool around with new classes commitment free. BTW guys, there's currently a live tweet event at #BOMQA for 90 more minute...

Re: Why BoM WON'T kill the series
Yeah i get that anything can happen in the SH universe, but there are some things that should be absolute,..like creatures staying in specific games and belonging to specific individuals..and i'm not just talking about PH etc..i mean all of the monsters. Here's the thing though - that was never tru...

Re: Why BoM WON'T kill the series
Jonipoon - I COULD retype my entire post but I'd rather you just reread it. Everyone else - I encourage you to share your ideas of how to qualify different fashion styles and subgroups of people without resorting to "cliche" words like jock, goth. By all means prove me wrong. Remember--the...

Re: Why BoM WON'T kill the series
If the character is supposed to be ME, I don't know why they're forcing me to play as a 17 year old who fits into a generic high school archetype like jock or nerd. Hey Droo, thanks for chiming in. The characters are actually college-aged. Not only does this fit into our primary demographic, but it...

Re: A Silent Hill 2 Retrospective With Guy Cihi & Dave Schau
I enjoyed this interview until the "do you think SH should have ended after 3" question. One, for obvious reasons. Two, Konami never to my knowledge went bankrupt. It certainly is not partially owned by a bank. The people in charge are the people who made the games we grew up playing. I'm ...

I've managed reasonable versions of Supernatural, Community, and Homestuck characters. You could probably recreate Lost Girl easily as well.

Re: Why BoM WON'T kill the series
I read the article and I agree with the fact that the main ingredient of Silent Hill's success is innovation. However, the basis of the reasoning fails at one point. The reason why many fans are against BoM is not the radical innovation that lacks the "main SH formula". On the contrary, h...

Re: Question About One Of The Endings
"Someplace I gotta be" is a repeating line throughout Waltz's SH stuff.
I believe it is also said in Past Life. I don't think you should be tying it to JP.

You are assuming Anne got dragged in by Murphy.
It could be the other way around.

Re: Downpour Review Thread
David Hayter is NOT Murphy. That would be really stupid - to cast such a recognizable Konami voice as a different Konami character.

Re: Personal Reflections on BoM?
I dunno V, you took a generalized comment and directed it at you personally. Then you said this: producing games that barely have any resemblance at all to the games that people originally became fans of I've played quite a bit of the game--there's tons of stuff that resembles SH. Why would you assu...
