I thought it was good. I LOVED the first so this has a ton to live up to

I like what he said about he accidentally got the part by taking his daughter to audition and same with the guy that played Eddy. Pretty funny. He seems like a genuinely nice guy.

I haven't posted here for a fairly long time but reading this topic is making me irritated. Why can't silent Hill fans get a long? We all love the series in one way or another. Some prefer the later games, some prefer the early games. Personally I can find a balance for both. I adore Silent Hill 2 a...

Just wanted to say that they announced the SH collection will be coming to 360 too!

I have a hard time believing that press X button to ___ really takes people out of the game. Very rarely does anything take me out of a game. It has to be something coming outside of the TV to draw me away. for me, I learned to ignore everything else. Might just be me.

what about they gave, atleast the 360 owners at this point, avatar clothes. Like Pyramid head clothes, Jame's clothes, little nurses that walk around or something to that effect. I might be wrong but I think PS3 has Silent Hill clothes for their avatar-rip off.

So is Past Life connected to Downpour? Sorry if it's a dumb question....just curious

Climax did a really good job with Shattered Memories but I'm appreciating what Vatra is doing for the franchise.

Awesome!! I can't wait! This sounds like it will be a HUGE return to what made the originals so great.

I'm going to go ahead and say it's a placeholder. Oct31 is on a Monday. Typically games, unless it's a huge Nintendo release, come out on a Tuesday.

Could you imagine it being a concept like Pyramid head or even Nemesis from Resident Evil where the only thing you can do is run for your life and hope for the best? Walking down a long alley and BAM! giant worm attacks and you have to go the opposite way to get away.

Something that kind of adds onto what people have been saying is the fact that you have to constant pick up new weapons so that fear of "where can I find a new weapon" amplifies when you are getting chased by something. It sorta reminds me of Condemned. You can use all kind of things as we...

I don't think the ping of the Acheivements take away from the game any more than the ping for friends coming online does. And not all games have extremely easy acheivements like the Madden game where it has you intercept a certain QBs pass. Most of the time it's better to let those kind of acheiveme...

I'd like to see a deep ending like Shattered Memories. I think SM returned the series to it's roots of having a deep story rather than having a predictable story like some games coughhomecomingcough.

Lack of tension? Running from those little monster children wasn't intense? Holy crap, the first couple times I had to pause the game afterward to slow my heart down.

I love her voice. When I think of the soundtrack, I think of her and Akira. Without both, the soundtrack will never live up to what they did. I still listen to the songs she sings in the Shattered Memories soundtrack almost daily because they are so good.
