Silent Hill Heaven

With rumors or Konami wanting to unveil the long rumored MGS 3 remake, I hope they won't forget to update us on the Silent Hill front. I'm not expecting them to show "f" or townfall but a gameplay trailer of SH 2 with a release date would be more than enough to make me happy. It's not clea...

I suppose this kind of hybrid format could work well with an audience used to twitch and streams. Even if it's not a memorable experience, it should at least be fun enough, I don't see it putting a negative spin on the name.

It's definitely the project I'm least excited about.

I don't think they would have put it during the Transmussion if they weren't sure to release it sooner or later.

For instance, for all we know, the short message might never see the light if the day but it wasn't announced during the transmission, which was supposed to be the case.

It would be a mistake, I, to remake 3 before 1. I can't really see 3 working as a story without 1. You wouldn't get the emotional gut punch of discovering Harry's body.

I think the way he used people like tools says a lot about him. He's a sociopath with no regards for other people's life.

the removing anything kojima ain't bad actually. What would be bad would be them closing the page... They didn't.

A week before the split between konami and kojima was announced, I decided to make a new video about P.T.

I tried to make a very different video than the ones I made previously, and I think it's way creepier.

Silent Hills is probably fine because Konami likes money. I have to agree here, the franchise has brand loyalty, or it wouldn't have lasted as long as it has. The future details may be uncertain.. But over a million downloads of PT when it came from relative obscurity seems to speak for itself, no?...

I believe he's really leaving Konami. That said, he was aked to direct silent hills back in 2012. The game's development may be far more advanced than we think it is. I'm in tje process of making a new P.T video, with all Lisa's apparitions. Sadly, during my two playthrough, I never got to see her through the window. Did some of you saw her there? And if so, when did it happen? Did you try something special?

it gets a lot of flak because its story is simply awful. I mean come one, the dude has that big sword that is too heavy to lift, and he's supposed to be scary? and how can he see through his stupid mask? Also, how come James doesn't even try to seduce Maria? And why is the town foggy when it's clear...

that's going to be a long wait.

But we will have Silent Hills, Twin Peaks and Batman V superman the same year. 2016 will rock!

those are very interesting thoughts, and it makes me really hopeful that P.T will really be part of Silent Hills.

PT Makes me glad we have so many different takes on Silent Hill, even if not everyone like everything, which is just fine.

I'm all for it too. I like how the town can seems threatening with its white fog. It gives it its own identity, instead of playing the night card, like most horror games and movies do. In that regard, even when the room was fully lit in P.T, there was this sense of dread.

This is huge. Bear in mind it's only the teaser. And Kojima knows how to hype this game until they are released. The main game ain't even released yet, and the general audience is already waiting for it. This is the best thing that could have happened to the franchise.
