I always considered Angela and Eddie to be kind of like...two different endings to James story. What could happen. Or, as it's been said, two sides of a coin. So naturally they'd be opposite. But it's never been laid out neatly as such :3 Query: What proof do you have that Eddie was abused physicall...

2 or 3 hours, I reckon. I'd have to start up my Xbox to check and I don't really feel like doing that right now. You guys have some damn impressive times, although personally I don't see much enjoyment in rushing through (but most people do. Every game seems to have a speedrun). I intended on trying...

I'd have to check to be sure but it's more than likely that they're .wma. Or whatever that extension is for Windows Media Player.

Maybe I should record the cutscenes and cut them together so that we could watch the game as a short movie.... If I got time, which I never have, I will do that :-D Well, if it helps at all, I could send you the collection of cutscenes I have (which is most, if not all, of them). I attempted when t...

On the walls in the employee area of the malls (you know, the back halls and such) there are a couple of small posters with the Silent Hill 2 cover(or something else related to SH2, anyway) on them

I don't think the monster story is real. I've never heard of Tu Fui, Ego Eris being used in a fairytale, but then I haven't read every fairytale out there. I believe the phrase was used on gravestones a lot, though.

Unless you meant Jasper as an individual case, it's unlikely that the victims are somehow forced to kill/injure themselves. If I recall correctly, Eileen's numbers were carved on her back, which would be difficult to do on your own

I saw a book in Toys-R-Us (literary capital of the world, I know) with a collection of folktales and whatnot for kinds and they had a story called "The Honest Lumberjack" or something like that and the story was pretty much the same as that. So I reckon it's based off that tale (well, not ...

Aren't the bodies in the picture "Misty Day - Remains of the Judgement" in the same position too? I can't find that picture anywhere so I'm not sure but I know they had the same sort of frame.

In a way Artemis, that's like saying, baecause you can not wistle, you are not a hero,so you must be a zero. Not really. My point was, he's not really either extreme. You can't say just because he's not one that but default makes him the other. That's why I chose not to vote at all, because neither fi...

But the main thing about this game was that it was the ultimate futility Bingo! Last I checked, life rarely ever had a 'happy' ending and humans rarely ever win, especially against themselves. A human can struggle and fight every day and end up in the same or worse situation. Most people (that I kn...

I see what you mean, however, that doesn't make him a hero. Not even by default. For example, if the question was "Is James an aardvark or an armadillo?" He's certainly not an armadillo, so he must be an aardvark. But that's not logical is it? I guess what I'm really asking is, disregardin...

Well, of course, you can never erase something from your subconscious. It's always there. Especially something that big, it just wells up like a pot you left boiling on the stove. However, the dynamics of a hero isn't just want you do, it's the motives, your drive. You're not a hero if you happen to...

If I had to guess (although I agree, it just has that appeal that's hard to pinpoint) I'd say it was the fact that it was disorientingly different. You expect things with the horror genre and, yes, while the original put a new spin on it as well that also made it different. "Ah, Silent Hill 2&q...

I like James, he is one of my favorite characters. However, he's not really a hero as far as heros go. He doesn't really...save anybody except (in one ending) himself, which doesn't make him a hero.

But yes, he does have mad dance moves. Rockin' out to the rapping dog, G.
