Re: Ending & Setting up for sequel [SPOILERS].

However, it's clearly nothing more than a reference to SILENT HILL: DOWNPOUR. The narrative at this point, being an allusion to the latest game, is irrelevant. A prison bus wouldn't be sent to apprehend a lone suspect.

Re: Ending & Setting up for sequel [SPOILERS].

The town is closed off to the public and to traffic. Remember that whole coal fire beneath the town?

Re: Box Office Predictions ?

Michael Bay has directed numerous films, yet he clearly confuses film structure with special effects. Similarly, Uwe Boll has directed 29 films, with more on the way, and we know full well how his films end up.

Re: Ending & Setting up for sequel [SPOILERS].

>since the police were involved in the game earlier I find it odd for them to be bringing in a police bus for a single girl.< That's not what the police are doing. It's just like in SILENT HILL: DOWNPOUR: prisoners are being transported through the town. Of course, that alone doesn't make sense, eit...

Re: James a Drunk? (Unmarked Spoiler)

>I believe Mary had a very confused state of mind at that time.<
Mary experiences the Kübler-Ross model practically to a T.

>So who was she mourning for when James was there?<
I'm guessing the developers just didn't want to program Angela to wander around the cemetery.

Re: Silent Hill: Downpour Specific Song's name

Pretty sure it is, too. Wasn't there talk of Troy Baker doing a tune specifically for the game?

I have quality versions of every song except for "Heaven Won't Hold it Against You," "I Wanted a Lover, I Needed a Friend," and "Where Cash is King."

Re: Silent Hill: Downpour Specific Song's name

Thanks for that. I'm working on making an actual complete playlist of in-game radio tunes, not the poorly recorded, in-game versions that are available.

I'm sure the relics and artifacts are all centuries old, handed down from when the Order first began.

Team Silent's games would have been perfect and flawless and no one would ever imagine complaining about them. Haven't you learned anything?

Re: The future of Silent Hill films?

SILENT HILL 4: THE ROOM wasn't a very good game, and it definitely wasn't revered by the "true" fans when it first came out. Meaning, of course, that the beloved Team Silent isn't as perfect as people seem to remember it being.

Regarding Pyramid Head in the amusement park:

Pyramid Head is using the crank to operate the carousel. That's the entrance to the underground sanctuary.

No jump scares?

Tell that to the cat in the locker. And the scream in Toluca Prison's bathroom. And the body in Borley's Mansion. Just to start. . . .

Re: Anyone wonder if

A.Y. mostly used prerecorded material and samples to "compose" the SILENT HILL soundtracks. The music he did create was almost entirely digital, aside from the guitars and bass.

Re: Third movie, new story?

While SILENT HILL 2 would make an excellent movie, in theory, it'd only be good for people unfamiliar with the game. Why would I want to watch a movie when I already know the ending? Aside from that obvious problem, I really, really , don't want my favorite game to be made a novelty of itself. It's ...
