Re: New Silent Hill? Hideo Kojima and Guillermo Del Toro pro

Woke up this morning to a crapload of emails and DMs. Cannot believe it!

There hasn't even been a press release!

I love Kojima, but was, admittedly, unconvinced that he was the right person for Silent Hill. But will Del Toro on board?JFC. I AM EXCITE!

Re: Bad save system.

Am (very) late to the party but ... This is due to a rather simplistic translation error wherein the developers used the word "saving" when it should have been "loading". The best way to ensure a save takes place is to await a cut-scene or an environment change (moving into a sto...

This is a very cheeky plug post that breeches our forum rules.

Links have been removed and thread closed. Good luck with the project.

Re: E3 Book of Memories Interview from Destructoid

Just FYI, I played the first section myself at E3. I'll let you know when the preview is written up and where it'll be published (might be going in a magazine I write for (MyM) or on GGS - not sure yet) but while there's no doubting that it's really different from what we're used to, it was fun to p...

Re: I think it would have been great if...

The bogeyman turned out to be Murphy's son. I thought that was going to be a twist when I was at the orphanage part and the nun uncovered the body of the Boogeyman saying it was his son and he was denying it. I was expecting that Charlie had grown up and become a serial killer and Murphy was denyin...

Indeed. But that doesn't explain how Cunningham's and Murph's Boogeyman looked exactly the same??

Re: There's no such thing as stupid questions ... Downpour F

So ... this projection of Silent Hill was Cunningham's, not Murphy's, as evidence by the fact she saw Murph as the Boogeyman? Right?

But ... how come Murph saw the Boogeyman himself on several occasions?

If I sound confused it's because I am. Heh.

Sorry Vixx and Mephisto, that was me acting like an ass and all sarcastic and whatnot. I do realize the extent of what the fanbase does. Once again, apologies to both of you (and any other people I offended). Nice of you to acknowledge it, but no need for apologies. :) I wasn't offended, but - like...

Obviously, this didn't happen. As far as I'm aware (from Konami PR UK), BoM still haven't even have a street date in the UK.

Okay, okay - I see your point, and it's a valid one. :) When/if Tom deigns to give any additional information, we'll mark it clearly and obviously in a new thread so that people are aware *before* they enter the discussion. :)
