Modding Tools for the PS3 Version?

Hey Guys, is there a way to mod the ps3 version? I want change the textures

I didn't know you could mod PS3 games. I thought modding was a PC thing.

You'd have to rip the game to PC so it wouldn't be done on the console. But PS3 modding in general isn't really a thing in the same way as, say, Switch modding. It's complex and nobody really bothers as there aren't really common tools for it. It's TECHNICALLY possible but not realistically unless you're already someone who spends most of their time trying to make it work. PS3 emulation is making some progress though so... maybe one day.
