Hi gang
Been a long time since I posted on here but just wanted to weigh in on ...well everything. I used to post on this forum, or a version of what it was way back when back when I was a teengager. I'm now approaching my 40s. Used to post very Silent Hill related videos before Youtube existed and get wonderful feedback from the community. Learned a lot from here. Became a lifelong Lynch fan (RIP), learned about Jacob's Ladder, Francis Bacon, Andrew Wyeth, etc.
To spare you all the boring details, I lived a life. Went to uni, did many shitty jobs, joined the ambulance service for almost a decade, left, now joining the police. In the interim, smashed the Silent Hill 2 remake and it brought SO much back to the fore and remembered Vicky and Dave Yates and all the wonderful shit they brought to the community. SilentPhil, Laura - there were so many INCREDIBLE people here and I hadn't thought about you for a minute but thought I'd drop a message wishing you all well. When I listen to the SH2 OG soundtrack again, it just bubbles up SO much emotion.
