They are pleased with the Remake's success. Promise more "completely new" SH games coming, and another livestream transmission with a "variety of information".

Townfall and f were highlighted at the bottom of their title release pipeline.

Platforms were still listed as TBD with no relase date, although Metal Gear Solid Delta also has a TBD release date which is likely aiming to release before the fiscal year end of March 31st 2025, as noted in the outlook briefing for that fiscal year's end. This also suggests that the next SH Transmission should also broadcast before March 31st within the fiscal year outlook. (I'm guessing Gan's movie is also eyeing a March release.)

Following Delta, Townfall and f are the only listed Konami Digital Entertainment projects, so I suspect that at least Townfall will release in mid-2025 (development seemed to have begun Aug 2021), although it may be possible f could release in late 2025 too if we're lucky.

Having the platforms for Townfall and f still listed as TBD is strange.

For comparison Konami's May 9th 2024 results release for their Jan-Mar 2024 pipeline had SH2 listed for PS5/Steam with a TBD release date. Townfall and f were also TBD in all categories, but note they were the only titles with platforms still listed as TBD and continue to be so now.

Some websites have PS5 listings for Townfall, which is a safe bet alongside PC.

We can assume the same is true for f as well.

Either an Xbox Series release or PS5 exclusivity is still being negotiated, or it's possible that a Switch 2 announcement could be a factor. It is possible that after Christmas, Nintendo could unveil it before their March fiscal year end too.

I guess we should know for sure by the next transmission.

I'm glad to see they're happy with SH2R's sales performance. Konami has a history of being so fickle that was never guaranteed even with at least a million sales so far.

Silent Hill is back.

As it turns out... when you make good games, sometimes the market will respond.

With news and leaks relating to Switch 2, there is buzz about some new features to the controllers that may point towards touch sensitivity on the analog sticks and/or the possibility of pointer functionality that will bring back Wii pointer/ motion controls and make ports of Wii games and even DS titles possible on Switch 2.

If so, I think it's possible that Konami may consider a port of Shattered Memories to Switch 2.

Rumors suggest Nintendo to reveal it in late Jan/early Feb, before the March fiscal year ends to boost investor outlook.

Maybe Konami's next transmission will reveal the Xbox Series release date of SH2 Remake, a potential Switch 2 port of Shattered Memories for launch (though I think it will be announced first on Nintendo's direct with more info in the Transmission), a new teaser for Townfall and the rest devoted to Return to Silent Hill.

Of course it is my empty speculation that Shattered Memories gets a new port based on Switch 2 rumors.

I do believe port collections are also in the works for Vol 1 (SH 1, 2, 3, 4), Vol 2 (0rigins, Book of Memories, Shattered Memories PS2 Ver), and Vol 3 (Homecoming, Downpour).

It'd be nice if they found a way to include the Play Novel, SH Experience and P.T. somewhere in with them.

I would love a re-release of SM. My Wii is somewhere in storage and the PS2 version costs a ridiculous amount. I would love to replay it again.
