Morse code

I have seen an article that mentions that on some of the TVs, morse code can be made out.

The message was deciphered and says, "again and again"
I'm going to town either way.........

The television in Wood Side Apartments, in which James finds the corpse with its head covered, also has Morse code in the background. It spells out, Why did you do it, James?

I imagine all of the televisions have something hidden in them at this point.

I was unaware that there was more.

Not sure why morse code is used here but the easter eggs are fun.
