Silent Hill 4 PC mod - OTS camera - 120 fps, and more!

Someone has been working on an AMAZING mod for SH4 that allows for many new features.

These are some of the options (and can be toggled)

- over the shoulder camera
- flashlight
- fog / dark
- hide hud (possible different menu system)
- tank controls
- high frame rate up to 120 fps!
- photo mode
- experimental co-op (may not be included)

What they said in the description on one of their videos...

"Regarding the OTS camera mod, it's basically done, I'm just playtesting the whole game to make sure that I'm not breaking anything. So far so good, and you can see it in action here as well. I hope you look forward to the release, probably the first week of august!"

Like, its crazy.... how some ppl were screaming about SH2-R getting an over the shoulder view... but yet here it is in SH4, and it looks like the game was made for it.

This is super cool! If model and texture swaps are possible, we could see a fan-made SH4 "remake" with modernized control and visuals built on top of the original game. I wonder if the modder will try to modify the gunplay at all.

lol Henry looks jacked. He even looks more confident, too. No wonder the ladies were all over him. The classic camera angle didn't do the man justice.

I don't remember the game looking this good, though. Is this already with the SH4 texture mod?

I saw these awhile back and yeah it really works for SH4. Game just needed a Subsistence release like MGS3

It would be cool to see this for SH2/3 too.
